[WEEK3] Oleg Oprisco

Oleg Oprisco is a fine art photographer that has amazed me in many ways.
His works often feel dreamy and amazing which has captivated my heart. Beyond that, the photos are presented in a way that it blows our minds, makes us ponder between realistic and imaginary. Often messing with our minds in weird ways.

I love all his stunning surreal photographs. Each handpicked model featured in the photographs are like a match made in heaven. It feels like main characters that what we normally see in fairytales.

I like the way Oleg Oprisco has pieced each of the elements together. Most of the models he has placed in each photo wears long elegant dresses paired together with long hair.
Another observation I made are that the objects used in his photos are usually bigger than the models and that helps create a strong surreal feeling to his photographs as it makes the viewer think twice about what they're looking at.

Oleg Oprisco also has a strong sense of working with color schemes. All of his works are either rich in colors while some works with only a single color scheme.
To my surprise, all his works are done by a film camera and he makes use of natural lights as his main source of light when taking those photos.

Oleg Oprisco loves film photography because for him, he appreciates every single frame and it makes seeing the final result all the more magical.
