Email : Photo shoot permission for assignment

Dear Alex,

I would like to seek permission for a photo shoot of the Manor Bar. Basically, this shoot is about taking photographs of the employees and making it into a photo book. The footage will be within my school for my assignment photography&design, titled "Work/Leisure".  

For the details of the shoot, I will be taking photographs of bartender how they go about their daily work routine. Example, opening the bar, making cocktails, interacting with guest, etc. Besides, I will be taking the bar's environment, guests and also some bar equipments. For shooting guests, I will seek individual permission from guests if they're comfortable with it. 

Basically, there will be a 1 day of test shooting first. Then, if the test shoot runs well, might take 2-4 days to take the actual photograph. Date for actual shooting will be 15/10, 16/10 and 20/10, start from 6pm to 11.30pm or 1am. If there is any changes, I will inform about it as soon as possible. Moreover, I might need to set up for the bar equipments.  

In terms of equipment, I would just be using a tripod to assist me in taking the photos as I would be using a longer exposure due to the darker surroundings. All the photos I've taken, I fully authorised Manor Bar for any forms of use as appropriate.
